If you are not able to view our live chat, this might be due to your web browser settings, specifically Private Browsing (IOS) or Incognito mode (Chrome). Kindly turn off private browsing/ Incognito mode in order to initiate a live chat.
To turn off Private browsing on an iPhone or iPad, open Safari, then tap the double overlayed squared windows in the bottom right of the browser window. Once you’ve tapped on the squares you will find ‘Private’ on the bottom left. Tap ‘Private’, then tap ‘Done’.
