How do I register a new card to my account?

Desktop

Simply click on “Bank” or select the drop-down menu and click on “Deposit”. Then select “Deposit” next to the type of card you’d like to register and complete the form to add a New Card. 

Mobile

Simply click on “Banking” from the bottom menu and select the type of card you’d like to register. Complete the form to add a New Card.

Why has my deposit been declined?

There are several reasons why your deposit may have been declined:

•    Have you entered all your personal details correctly?
•    Has the card expired?
•    Is the payment method registered in your name? We will decline payments using cards or accounts with a different name to that on your registered Betway account.
•    Is there a sufficient balance on your payment method to make the deposit?
•    Have you set a monthly, weekly or daily deposit limit on your Betway account?
•    Are you overseas? Deposits made from a different country than that registered to your account may be declined.

I have made a deposit but my balance has not updated

It may be that your funds haven't yet left your account, so it's worth checking the status of the payment. Occasionally, a break in connectivity can affect the payment. If your funds have been deducted from your account but have not yet appeared in your balance, please follow the contact us link below for further assistance.

My PayPal deposit is not reflecting in my account

We've listed the most common reasons why your PayPal deposit may not be working:

•    Is your PayPal account registered in your name? We will decline payments using accounts with a different name to that on your registered Betway account.
•    Is your PayPal account registered to the same country as your Betway account? If not, you may need to open a PayPal account that is registered in your current country of residence.
•    Is your PayPal account funded by a payment method supported in your country of residence? If your credit card was issued outside of the country your Betway account is registered in, your deposit may be declined.
•    Do you already have another PayPal account registered with a Betway Sports or Casino account? We will only permit customers to register one PayPal account to Betway at any one time.
•    Have you set a monthly, weekly or daily deposit limit on your Betway account?
•    Does your PayPal account ID match the email address registered to your Betway account?
